Headquartered in Larkspur, Pacific Bay’s leading expertise is in the acquisition and restoration of mobile home communities, RV parks and multifamily communities. Pacific Bay specializes in value-add acquisitions. We leverage our experience in operations, development and due diligence to provide quality results to our investors.

Tyler Eliopoulos
Principal

As the principal and founder of Pacific Bay Partners, Tyler’s experience spans many aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including acquisitions, development, operations, design and construction. Since 2010 he has worked in multiple asset classes, including Multifamily, Manufactured and RV communities, Retail and Single-Family home development. Tyler currently oversees a portfolio of Manufactured/RV Communities and Multifamily properties and is engaged in every aspect of the business, from day-to-day operations to the acquisition and development of new assets. 

Tyler’s role in the life of a deal spans from identifying and securing an asset, running point on due-diligence, fundraising via capital and debt partners, overseeing resident and property managers and creating value in each respective deal, positioning each asset in an advantageous financial position to thrive well into the future.

Tyler’s ability to create and nurture relationships with key players in the Manufactured and Multifamily industry is much of what has enabled him to secure quality assets to date.

Tyler received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, with a major in Urban Studies and Planning. Beyond his professional endeavors, Tyler actively participates in athletic and golf clubs between San Francisco and Marin County. He spends much of his free time with his wife and two children.
